Return & Refund Policy

What can be returned

  • Embroidered or printed clothing can only be returned if the embroidery or print is defective or has been done incorrectly.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Digitizing and Vector Art: In case, a Customer is not pleased with our Digitized / Vectorized logo design( s), we issue a complete refund upon a written describing the issue and images to support the claim. We approve reimbursement demands within seven days from the distribution date of a logo design; we do decline reimbursement request after seven days.

What cannot be returned

  • ALL COLOURS AND SIZES DETAILED OR ILLUSTRATED ON THE WEBSITE ARE FOR GUIDANCE ONLY
    Some colour icons are not a true representation of their appearance. Grey Marl, Ash, Denim, Washed and Vintage are examples of colours/styling that cannot be accurately displayed. The shades and the material revealed on the authorization form might vary somewhat from the actual colors, shade, and appearance. Punch & Patches will not be held responsible for any losses incurred.
  • Refunds are not applicable to late deliveries. If the consignment does not arrives within 7 working days, you may ask us for the order tracking number. Nonetheless, in occasions where it is established that the consignment has been lost by Courier Company, we will file the dispute with Courier Company and dispatch your order once more at No Charge.
  • If you cancel your order within 24-hour then Punch & Patches reserves the right to deduct 25% the total amount of Order. After 24-Hours of Order Confirmation, there will be a 75% deduction from Order's Amount.
  • Any type of item(s) purchased from us which is specially personalized as per the client's requirements is (are) neither refundable nor exchangeable.
